QUINOA HARVEST SEASON
During the next three months most of the quinoa of the world will be harvested. We make sure our quinoa is organically harvested. Quinoa has incredibly nice purple flowers. When these flowers are dried by the sun the quinoa is ready to be harvested, clasiffied and washed. The washing process is really important in order to obtain a good final product with acceptable levels of saponins that will not affect human health or function. Once quinoa is dried it is milled and can enter our mixing process in order to produce our delicious premixes.
